I have worked with many marketers and came to recognize something important that you should know as a marketer. Also it is interesting find some stats from pre-pandemic year that 90+ percent of companies are having difficulty finding marketing talent. So it is clear every business will have a strong desire to show the value from their investments into their marketing resources.

I learned that many business leaders look to marketers to own traits like curiosity, take initiative, are decisive, and can execute. Many businesses encourage their employees to be curious about the world around them, bring their ideas to the table, build plans to make those ideas a reality and take decisive action to make them happen. I believe that everyone has the potential to be successful, and we provide value to their business and market while building their career.

For example, a marketing manager could develop a new campaign idea to reach a new target audience. They could then create a digital advertising plan for the campaign and take decisive action to execute it.

As a marketer, you understand how vital it is to develop unique ideas to help your brand stand out in a crowded market. However, it's not enough to have a brilliant idea.

You'll struggle to turn your vision into a reality without an actionable plan to bring it to life. This is where great marketers shine. They can turn their ideas into actionable strategies to execute and deliver results successfully.

Develop a strategy
